Your rights:

Scope

  • We sell and deliver software and services only: an AI conversational restaurant voice agent and related implementation/subscription.

  • Checkout channels: AI voice agent payment links and SMS links. Website checkout is optional.

  • You, not us, are the Merchant of Record for any restaurant transactions; we are not a payment processor.

Pricing / Taxes / Surcharges

  • Display the total card price before purchase, or show cash vs. card dual pricing.

  • Any card surcharge must not exceed actual processing cost, and debit cards are excluded.

Payment & Authorization

  • Major cards and popular wallets are supported.

  • $0 or small authorizations may be used for fraud screening. (Industry practice.)

Stored Credentials (Card-on-File)

  • Obtain explicit consent to store credentials; disclose use case and frequency.

  • Use network indicators to flag initial storage vs. subsequent use and the initiator/frequency.

Subscriptions / Auto-Renewal

  • Provide clear terms, express consent, and easy online cancellation.

  • Follow ROSCA baseline and New York Automatic Renewal Law (GBL §527-a).

  • Note: the FTC’s 2024 Negative Option “Click-to-Cancel” Rule was vacated by the Eighth Circuit on July 8, 2025; ROSCA and NY law still apply.

Receipts & Messaging Consent

  • Email receipts by default.

  • SMS requires consent; marketing texts/calls require prior express written consent; support STOP/HELP.

  • Quiet hours: we adopt 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EDT (stricter than the FCC’s 8:00–9:00).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Digital service: non-refundable once onboarding or service delivery starts; month-to-month plans cancel going forward; free-trial conversions per disclosed terms.

  • NY’s default 30-day return right when no refund policy is posted applies to retail merchandise, not SaaS; we prominently post our policy.

Security & Privacy

  • We and our payment partners follow PCI DSS v4.x; we do not store full PAN or CVV on our systems. See our Privacy Policy.

Call Recording Notice

  • New York is one-party-consent. Calls may cross state lines, so we provide an audible recording notice to satisfy two-party states.

Outreach Compliance Allocation

  • You control contact lists and content. Maintain verifiable consent, honor Do-Not-Call, and effect opt-out immediately; we provide transmission tooling only.

Export Controls & Sanctions

  • No access for sanctioned parties/regions. Comply with OFAC programs and BIS EAR (including ENC/EAR99 where applicable).
